ARIA DI ALBA takes the truffle to Turin, to the highest restaurant in Italy, 13 october 2016
For the first time, Aria di Alba will make a stop in Italy, with the Piedmont region’s city of Turin as its location. It is a celebration in the highest Italian restaurant, which brings the pleasure of one of the most precious fruits of the region together with high cuisine. The creations of two renowned chefs, Ivan Milani and Anthony Genovese, exalt the Tuber Magnatum Pico while respecting its character, interpreting it with their signature style.
Truffle season opened on 21 September, and Aria di Alba by Tartuflanghe looks to speak of the passionate journey of one of the most mysterious excellencies of the Langhe and Roero in haute cuisine. Following the common thread that has seen the involvement of renowned international chefs to create an exceptional menu around the precious White Truffle of Alba in an extraordinary location, Chef Ivan Milani of the restaurant Piano35 will host Chef Anthony Genovese from the Il Pagliaccio restaurant in Rome.
