This second edition of the format Aria di Alba highlights the special link between Tartuflanghe and Spanish gourmet cuisine. On the 15th of April an exclusive dinner will take part in Volvoreta panoramic restaurant inside the Eurostars Madrid Tower, the highest 5* hotel in Europe. A special event where the Italian Michelin starred chefs Giuseppe Iannotti, from the restaurant Kresios in Telese Terme and Marcello Trentini, form Magorabin in Turin, will sign their creations with Tartuflanghe excellence products as a preview of “Volvoreta Experiences – Mes de Tartuflanghe y la trufa de Alba en el Eurostars Madrid Tower 5*”.
This unique dinner is a tasting itinerary featuring the Italian chefs and hosted by the executive chef of the Eurostars Madrid Tower 5* Miguel Ángel Lasheras with chef Pablo García from the Volvoreta Restaurant, and chef Carles Tejedor, experimenter and owner of the company OilMotion. This exceptional partnership between Tartuflanghe, the fine food distributor Oh! singular food and the hotel chain Eurostars Hotels will showcase during the month of October a special menu devoted to Tartuflanghe products.
A delicious universe made of unique creations that inspires emotions to craft pleasure, expressed through innovative and avant-garde products associated with fine truffle specialties.
