Restaurante Lasarte

Lasarte Restaurant opened in January 2006. Lasarte is Martín Berasategui’s cuisine embassy in Barcelona.

One year after its opening, in 2007, Lasarte was awarded the first star inprestigious Michellín Guide and in 2010 obtained the second star. In the recently presented Michelin Guide 2017 Lasarte it is awarded with 3 Michelin stars.

After a full renovation carried out recently, the new Lasarte Restaurant is surprisingly much more modern and with more spacious and bright look.

The rehabilitation project has been leaded by architects Oscar Tusquets, Carles Bassó and Tote Moreno and interior decoration is signed by interior designer Mercè Borrell. The emphasis on light, textures with dominance of oak and selection of furnishings have been the mainstay of the entire project to give the restaurant a unique personality.

The restaurant has a semi-private room in the main dining room and a second private dining room, called the Chef’s Table for up to 8 people -located in a loft over the kitchen with glass wall that allows our guest to follow on all staging and creativity of the dishes.

Fascinating lesson in Madrid Fusion

The 27th of January at 18:00 in SALA 1 the CEO of Tartuflanghe PAOLO MONTANARO and the chef GIUSEPPE IANNOTTI will present a fascinating lesson titled “Truffle mysteries”, introducing new languages and vanguard gastronomy through culinary and technological experimentation. The legacy between the company, the Langhe region and the Chefs made Tartuflanghe a landmark both nationally and internationally in fine foods. A vision towards the future while basing its savoir-faire on tradition and culture, connects Tartuflanghe to a terroir that has been recognized as a World Heritage site. Present and future of an undisputed tradition, a unique craftsmanship.

Gastro Festival:
Gastrofestival, it is an initiative from Madrid Fusìon: 2 week of events and activities around Madrid to give an experience 360° around food and its nuances. 400 premises will be the live hosting places for a cultural, fashion and artistic agenda with no comparison.
